We may receive your name or company name, email address, selected topic and message content. Providing these details is voluntary but necessary to process an inquiry.

We use the data to reply to inquiries, discuss potential cooperation and protect the form from abuse. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement and the consent given by checking the form consent box.
4. Service providers
The contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions to the configured email address. The website is hosted by Firebase Hosting. After consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and performance. Providers may process technical data necessary to deliver their services.
5. Retention
We retain messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend potential claims.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the controller for privacy requests.
7. Cookies and technical data
After consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, viewed pages and basic events such as clicks and form submissions.
